It is possible to print your Tax Return from the following two locations:
  • Open the Partnership from the client selection menu
  • Select ‘Tax Returns’ from the left side of the screen, this will open Tax Returns summary screen
  • Select [Print] from the right hand side of the screen
  • Open the Partnership from the client selection menu
  • Select ‘Tax Returns’ from the left side of the screen, this will open Tax Returns summary screen
  • Select [View] from the right hand side of the screen
  • Once the Tax Return opens, click [Print] from the bottom right of the screen
Having followed one of the two options above you will be presented with a print menu which contains the following options for printing:
  • Forms: select from the different Tax Returns and supplementary pages you have added and completed
  • Schedules: select from the different backing schedules created by the software when using the calculators for items such as capital allowances or bank interest
  • Other Documents: if completing the Tax Return for someone else print a client declaration for them to sign to confirm they have checked the return and are happy for you to submit it on their behalf
Once you have selected the documents you wish to print you will have to options:
  • Click [Save]: will bring up a dialogue box to allow you to browse to a location on your PC to save a copy of the Return. Choosing this option will enable you to then attach a copy of the Return to an email
  • Click [OK]: will open a print preview of your Return to allow you to double check your selections before sending to your printer
